Chickomissar is not a calorie counter or a meal-slot diary. It is a focused larder ticket board and use-soon ladder where every item moves through a clear commitment fold:
Scan to the Ladder
Scan a barcode or enter digits manually, pick the best-before date, and place the tin onto the use-soon ladder ordered by days remaining.
Claim a Cook Day
Tap Assign on a stock tin to seat it onto a dated cook-day ticket row. Every tin must be scheduled to a cook day before it can be finished.
Finish or Undo
When you cook the tin on its scheduled day, tap Finish to clear it. Made a mistake? Peel back the last action with one-tap Undo, or log unscheduled spoilage as Waste.
Four Purpose-Built Destinations
- Use-Soon Home & Cook-Day Board View your active cook-day ticket board at the top and your use-soon stock ladder sorted by days left below, with inline Assign, Finish, Waste, and Undo actions.
- Pantry Ledger Inspect your full larder grouped into Assigned, Stock, Lapsed, and Cleared history. Adjust best-before dates or cull items that rolled past midnight into Lapsed.
- Barcode & Shelf Scan Capture QR, EAN-13, EAN-8, and UPC-E barcodes with the camera, enter 8 to 14 digits manually, or look up product names with Open Food Facts and a bundled local shelf catalog.
